Cabana Reservation Terms of Use & Agreement
Read through the following information carefully as agreement to terms is required to complete reservation.
a. All payments will be processed at time of booking for $100.00 by The Last Resort. This fee is non-refundable unless the weather results in pool closure for the day, or concert cancellation. In the case of a cancelled event/concert, original cabana reservations can be either refunded or honored for the new event/concert date, if applicable.
b. The cabana reservation fee does not include any applicable cover charge for pool admission or concert admission payable at the door by each guest. Pool cover charge is $20 per adult and $15 per child (under 21). Band cover charges vary depending on the band playing. Only one cover charge is applicable per person so if you are swimming and there is live music, you will only be charged for admission to the pool.
c. Anyone booking a cabana must be 21 years or older. Any customer under 21 that will be using the pool/pool area (includes cabanas) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
d. Monday through Friday, customers under 21 years of age are able to stay on the premises until 4 pm. After 4 pm, all underage customers are required to leave as the pool area transitions to 21 + only. Saturdays and Sundays, no one under 21 is allowed in the pool area/cabanas. The underlined rules above do not apply to private parties under our event tent with guests that are under 21 years of age as they are allowed to stay/swim as included in the “resort fee” for event tent reservations. Please plan accordingly for weekday reservations that include customers under 21 years of age, and DO NOT make cabana reservations for Saturday/Sunday with guests under 21 years of age as they will be denied entry.
e. The pool closes for swimming at 6 pm on Friday and Saturday. Sunday pool hours are 11 am to 7 pm . Monday through Thursday the pool closes at sundown.
f. Friday and Saturday cabana reservations are available in two time slots, 11 am to 6 pm and 6:30 pm to 1 am. If booking the 11 am to 6 pm time slot, we ask that you and your party vacate the cabana by 6:00 pm PROMPTLY, to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next party (you may find a table or lawn seating if you would like to stay into the night).
g. Please make note of the occasion for the cabana reservation if it is for a small birthday party, celebration, etc.
h. No outside food or drinks are allowed unless they are special items like cake, cupcakes, or desserts for a celebration. No speakers are allowed either.
i. There is a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol that was not purchased at The Last Resort. There is also zero tolerance for smoking marijuana on the property. Violation of either policy will result in immediate expulsion from premises.
j. Please do not move furniture from the lawn into the cabana. All cabanas are evenly furnished and moving furniture around on the lawn disrupts the lawn seating chart.
k. 18% gratuity will be added to all associated cabana tabs. A credit card will be held to start a tab.
l. Please read all listed signage and rules on premise prior to utilizing the pool, cabanas, or other amenities.
m. By checking the agreement to terms box, you acknowledge and accept all of the terms listed herein. Please read through all terms carefully. Management reserves the right to adhere strictly to all terms listed above.
n. Any damages to cabana structure, furniture, or property of TLR will be billed at fair replacement value.
